Alex is our Founder and has spent a decade in the tech ecosystem as a Talent Leader, VC and founder of an AI start up.
He has a background supporting businesses across AI labs, Robotics, Deep Tech, Fintech, eCommerce, Energy and more, as both a Talent Acquisition IC and as a strategic executive.
Alex has worked with businesses from Pre-Seed to Fortune 10 globally at Board level, and has hired everything from interns to Execs across Tech, GTM and Ops.
Calum is a Principal at Atlas VP and has spent his career as an operator, building talent functions and organisations from within high-growth VC and PE-backed tech businesses.
His experience spans hiring, org design, and people operations – and has hired across every function, from Engineering and Product to GTM and Ops. Calum works with portfolio companies from Pre-Seed to Series C, bringing the credibility of someone with broad talent and people experience.
