Atlas is looking for an experienced search professional, either from in-house/operator environments or from a forward-thinking search firm, to drive forward Atlas’ retained search capability, with a focus on IC AI (Research and Engineering) & Machine Learning. This would involve hiring high impact ICs and team build-outs.

This is a commercial role and will require developing new business and expanding and nurturing existing relationships to offer Atlas’ proposition.

We’re open to bringing someone in either at Principal or Partner level, depending on depth of experience and demonstrable track record.This is a great opportunity for someone who may be thinking about setting up their own practice, but would like the support of an existing and thriving early stage business on a growth journey, with a well established reputation in the ecosystem.
