Atlas was founded by Alex completely by accident. This came about by supporting some of Europe’s leading VC’s portfolios in a transition period, and recognised a need from the European and US VC backed start up community for fractional talent leadership, to get hands on and tackle the biggest talent struggles they were facing.
Our small teams expertise comes from over 20 years of building and delivering high quality talent solutions as operators, VCs, advisors and as founders.
